I'm currently building the Fall schedule for #sealedclutchsweatstudio (Releasing next week) you guys can look forward to your favorite classes PLUS new additions including Yoga & "Move it": A 30 min dance focus class. Class format will change weekly and will include, soca, Afro beats, Zumba, hip hop etc! Who wants to try it? 👀
